Hello and welcome to Panov Law PLLC. We are a multidisciplinary law office that is dedicated to assisting maritime crew members, immigrants and all those who are in need of a dedicated advocate. At our Miami office, clients can meet our team with our attorney “Primo” Dimo Panov and his paralegal and beloved wife Irina Panov. Together, they are fulfilling their passion of helping those that they served along side as crew members at sea, as well as other fellow immigrants who wish to pursue the dream of immigrating to America.

Dimo’s Story: From Crew Member To Legal Advocate
Bulgarian by birth but American by choice I am here to represent the injured plaintiffs and the American dreamers. After I graduated with my law degree in Bulgaria, I worked as a seafarer for six years for Carnival Cruise Lines. Many of you know me from there and know my style of work. I have a lot of good memories from my years with Carnival, but I also remember the pain that seafarers are going through as part of daily life on board.
Many people are lured by promises of a lucrative career and stories about the family they will supposedly be a part of. Many seafarers end up learning the hard way that it’s all just a story. At the point when the seafarers get injured, they become useless to the company and the truth comes out that the work was not worth it nor is there a family that will support them the way they supported the family.
